§ 104. Binding action of the commission.

  • Binding action of the commission shall be taken by the affirmative vote of six or more members of the commission, including the mayor in the case of a tie vote or in the case of an affirmative vote of less than six commissioners present, unless a greater or lesser number of votes is required by the consolidation study commission plan, by the laws of the State of Kansas, a Charter ordinance, or by the Constitution of Kansas:

    All actions and recommendation of the standing committees to the full commission shall be based on the affirmative vote of four standing committee members taking part in the respective standing committee meeting.
