§ 207. Notification of meetings.

  • A notice, in writing, of the date, time and place of all regular meetings of the standing committees shall be sent via mail by the staff coordinator to the administrator, the local news media, persons designated by the committee chairperson or staff coordinator and to all persons requesting such notice from the unified government clerk (hereinafter "clerk") orally or in writing:

    a.

    The definitive list of those persons who are entitled to receive notice of standing committees shall be kept by the staff coordinator; and

    b.

    The clerk shall have overall responsibility for keeping the commission meeting schedule and shall assist the staff coordinator in sending the required notices.
