§ 209. Agenda items.

Items to be presented to standing committees for discussion and/or action shall be submitted to the standing committee chairperson either directly or through the staff coordinator prior to the date of the meeting at which items are to be taken up:

a.

The mayor, with the advice of the administrator, shall assign the item to an appropriate standing committee during a regular agenda review meeting based upon the subject matter of the item and other relevant factors; and

b.

The standing committee agenda shall contain the following: call to order, roll call, approval of minutes of previous meeting, committee agenda, public agenda and adjournment.
