§ 212. Minutes of meetings.

The proceedings of all meetings of each standing committee shall be recorded or otherwise preserved in writing by the clerk and such records shall be retained by the clerk for a minimum of 60 days after distribution of the minutes:
a.

Summary minutes shall be prepared of meetings of the standing committees and shall be retained by the clerk; and

b.

The summary minutes shall reflect the attendance of standing committee members and any substitute members.
