§ 402. Commission to act as a policy-making body.

The commission shall act as a policy-making body only:
a.

The administrator shall act as the administrative head of the unified government and shall be solely responsible for administrative, personnel and routine business activities of the unified government; and

b.

The commission shall delegate to the administrator all administrative duties not specifically required by Kansas law to be performed by the commission.
