§ 407. Clerk to be appointed by administrator.

The administrator shall be responsible for appointing a clerk who shall be the head of the unified government clerk's office. The clerk shall be the ex-officio clerk of the commission, shall keep minutes of the meetings and shall perform such other and further duties in the meetings as may be directed by the administrator.
