§ 409. Minutes of commission meetings.

Summary minutes of each meeting shall show the attendance, a short summary of each matter, the vote, the deletions as ordered by the chairperson, reprimands as ordered by the chairperson, votes of reprimand or censure as directed by the commission, appeals and such remarks or explanations as may be inserted for the record at the request of a commission member.
