§ 903. Absences from commission meetings.

Commissioners shall refrain from absenting themselves from commission meetings in order to influence voting, to delay business of the commission or otherwise to impose restrictions on the commission. A commissioner shall advise either the mayor or the administrator as to when he or she will be available, at a later date, in order that meetings may be adjourned to specific dates.
