§ 918. Removal from meeting.

Commissioners shall be removed from the meeting for failure to comply with decisions of the presiding officer or for continued violation of these rules of procedure. If the presiding officer fails to act, a commissioner may move to require him or her to enforce these rules of procedure and the affirmative vote of the commission shall require the presiding officer to act.
