§ 925. Staff services.

Commissioners are provided office staff services by the administrator. The extent of these services is as follows:

a.

Assist with correspondence of the commission and maintain coordination between the commission and the administrator's office relative to all communication requirements;

b.

Coordinate all official appearances and obligations of the commissioners and social functions relating to visiting officials and dignitaries;

c.

Accompany the commissioners to meetings of citizen groups when so requested;

d.

Attend non-commission meetings in the absence of a commissioner or when so requested;

e.

Represent the commissioner(s) at meetings in any capacity designated by the commission when so requested;

f.

Prepare a schedule of meetings of concern to the commission; and

g.

Carry out other duties as required by the commission.
