§ 501. Calling meetings to order.

Promptly at the hour appointed for the meeting of the commission, the mayor, or in the mayor's absence, the mayor pro tem, or in the absence of the mayor pro tem, the successor presiding officer, shall take the chair and shall call the commission meeting to order.
