§ 507. Division of agenda.

The agenda shall be divided into six general sections: the mayor's agenda; the consent agenda; the public hearing agenda; the standing committees' agenda; the administrator's agenda and the commissioners' agenda. An agenda limited to planning and zoning matters shall be held on the last Thursday of the month.
