§ 509. Consent agenda.

The consent agenda shall be prepared by the mayor and the administrator:
a.

Items placed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and not requiring full commission discussion or public comment;

b.

Any item unanimously recommended by a standing committee shall be placed on the consent agenda as well as any other routine items as determined by the mayor and the administrator; and

c.

Any item may be removed from the consent agenda at the request of one commissioner present or at the request of the administrator.
