§ 511. Standing committees' agenda.

The standing committees' agenda shall be prepared by the administrator and the mayor and shall include those items recommended to the full commission by the standing committees:

a.

Items to be placed on the standing committees' agenda include all recommendations requiring discussion and those recommendations receiving less than a unanimous vote of the standing committee members present at the standing committee meeting;

b.

Standing committee items removed from the consent agenda and any other item of business affecting the standing committees; and

c.

The standing committee chairperson for the respective standing committee shall be responsible for introducing the standing committee item(s) to the full commission.
