§ 604. Written notice of special meeting.

Written notice of a special meeting stating time, place and the object of such meeting shall be delivered to each member of the commission and the administrator at least 24 hours before the time of such meeting:
a.

In the case of an emergency, declared by the mayor, an emergency meeting may be held by giving two hours notice; and

b.

Such notice shall be issued by the clerk and the sheriff shall either in person or by some law enforcement officer serve a copy of such notice and make a report to the clerk of the manner of service.
