§ 11-6. Campaign reporting requirements.

(a)

The candidate for an elective office of the unified government required to file any report under the provisions of the state Campaign Finance Act (K.S.A. 25-4142 et seq.) shall file an additional copy of such report with the county election office. The county election office shall forward a copy of such report to the unified government clerk within two business days.

(b)

The unified government clerk shall furnish a copy of this chapter to any person upon request, receive all reports required to be filed, and make such reports available for public inspection during regular office hours.
