§ 12-35. Authority to accept services, gifts, grants, and loans.

Whenever the federal government, any department or officer thereof, or any person, firm, or corporation shall offer, through the state or directly to the unified government, services, equipment, supplies, materials, or funds by way of gift, grant, or loan for purposes of emergency management, the unified government, acting through the county administrator, may accept such services, equipment, supplies, materials, or funds on behalf of the unified government, subject to the terms of the offer and the rules and regulations of the agency making the offer.
