§ 18-24. Officers.

(a)

One member of the commission on human relations and disabilities issues shall be designated chairperson by the unified government board of commissioners.

(b)

The commission shall create and fill, by annual election, offices of first vice-chairperson, second vice-chairperson, secretary, and such other offices as it may deem necessary for its most effective functioning.

(c)

The chairperson, first vice-chairperson, second vice-chairperson, and secretary shall have and perform such duties as are commonly associated with their respective titles.
