§ 18-60. Failure of accused to appear for hearing.

  • If a person against whom a complaint of discriminatory practice is made pursuant to this article is notified to attend a hearing, public or private, before the department of human services, and fails to attend such hearing, the department of human services may proceed to hold such hearing and make a determination in such person's absence.
