§ 18-62. Injunctive relief; continued violations.

  • Upon two or more convictions of any person for violation of this article, a person shall be deemed a persistent offender. In the event of such occurrence, the department of human services shall be empowered to refer the matter to the unified government chief counsel, who shall thereupon apply to the appropriate court for injunctive and other relief.
