§ 18-256. Contracts subject to this division.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of this division shall apply to all construction contracts exceeding $250,000.00.

(b)

The provisions of this division shall not apply to a contract to be paid in whole or part with funds from the United States government or the State of Kansas to the extent that they are inconsistent with requirements, terms, or conditions imposed by those governments.
