§ 19-78. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Garage sale means a sale operated out of a single-family, dual-family, or multiple-family dwelling or such dwelling's porch or yard or any sales from a private residence.

Goods includes any goods, wares, merchandise or other property capable of being the object of a garage sale.
