§ 19-282. Duty to maintain order on the premises.

It shall be the duty of the licensee to maintain order on the premises licensed as an arena or auditorium. No licensee, the agents and employees of the licensee, or any person acting under the authority of the licensee shall knowingly permit any disturbance, noise or misconduct whatsoever that would amount to either a misdemeanor or felony on, about or adjacent to the premises licensed as an arena or auditorium.
