§ 19-161. License.

(a)

No person shall engage in the tree-trimming business or use trucks or vehicles in such business without having first obtained a tree trimmer's license from the license administrator. The license, when issued, shall cover all the tree trimmers, solicitors and other employees of the particular business licensed, it not being the intent of this section to require a separate license for each employee or agent of any firm, partnership, association or corporation.

(b)

A license fee in an amount established by the county administrator shall be charged.
