§ 19-162. Insurance.

No tree trimmer's license shall hereafter be issued until the applicant has filed with the license administrator a certificate of a liability insurance policy covering all operations of the applicant. The policy shall be in the sum of at least $1,000,000.00 for injury or damage to persons and $500,000.00 for injury or damage to property. The certificate must be approved by the city legal department.
