All licenses issued under this article shall expire on April 30 of each year, subject
to renewal, year to year in the manner provided in this article. All licensees shall
apply for renewal of their licenses on a form provided by the license administrator
or his designee. The renewal application may be in such abbreviated form as deemed
sufficient by the license administrator or his designee to verify current information
on file concerning the licensee. No license shall be granted without payment of the
required license fee.
