§ 19-304. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to protect the health, safety and well-being of the citizens of the unified government by regulating the use of ATVs in the city which may endanger the safety of persons driving, bicycling or walking on the roads or the safety of motorists, cyclists or pedestrians.
