§ 19-306. Registration of all terrain vehicles.

(a)

No ATV shall be used in the city unless it has been registered with the office or department of the unified government, as designated by the county administrator, and has been issued a license. The registration fee, license, insurance requirements and other requirements shall be as ordered by the county administrator. The owner must sign an acceptance of liability for any operator of the ATV.

(b)

No ATV shall be used in the city unless it bears a number identification of the license.
