§ 19-309. Violations and penalties.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a civil violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $500.00, with each incident being considered a separate violation. All fines shall accrue.
