§ 19-345. Requirements for flea market sellers.

  • Flea market sellers must have all applicable state, federal, or municipal licenses prior to selling or offering items for sale at a flea market. No food shall be sold or prepared for sale at a flea market unless the seller has all applicable licenses and has been approved by the state department of health and environment.
