§ 19-352. Unlawful transactions.

No person shall sell or offer for sale at any flea market any goods known to such person to be stolen. All merchandise on the premises of the flea market shall be subject to inspection at any time by law enforcement officers. Persons displaying merchandise for sale may be required by such officers to verify that they are the legal owners of such merchandise.
