§ 19-354. Violations.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this article, and any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $2,500.00, be imprisoned for a term not to exceed six months, or both.

    (b)

    A conviction for a violation of this article by a licensee shall result in a suspension of the flea market license and shall result in immediate termination of all flea market activities.

    (c)

    A conviction under this article shall make the licensee ineligible to apply for a flea market license for a period of one year from date of the violation.
