§ 19-387. Hours of operation.

  • (a)

    Hours of operation of all adult businesses shall be only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and as set out in the special use permit.

    (b)

    All areas of an adult business open to the public shall be open to inspection during normal business hours by law enforcement officers, the county administrator, or such other persons as the county administrator may designate for the purpose of determining that the provisions of this article are complied with. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to allow such inspection officer immediate access to the premises or to hinder such officer in any manner. Any failure on the part of any permittee or licensee to grant immediate access to such inspection shall be grounds for the revocation or suspension of any business license or employee permit. The provisions of this section do not apply to areas of an adult motel which are currently being rented by a customer for use as a permanent or temporary place of habitation.

    (c)

    All business or activity provided for under this article shall be conducted and performed on the licensed premises.
