§ 19-432. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(a)

Person means any individual natural human-being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group.

(b)

Assembly means a company of persons gathered together at any location within the corporate limits of the city, at any single time for any purpose.
