§ 19-438. Enforcement.

(a)

The provisions of this article may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction, or by any legal action or means.

(b)

The holding of an assembly in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such.

(c)

Any person who violates this article or who violates any conditions upon which he/she is granted a license shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor and may be fined not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $2,500.00. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
