§ 22-83. Removal of sand from Kansas River.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to remove sand from the bed of the Kansas River within 100 feet of any pier owned or controlled by the city and erected for the support of any bridge located within the city and used for highway or railway purposes.

    (b)

    Violation of this section is a class C violation.
