§ 22-188. Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly carry any concealed or unconcealed firearm on one's person while on unified government-owned property; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to those persons listed in subsections (b) and (c) of K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 21-4201 and amendments thereto or any person authorized and required by federal law to carry a concealed or unconcealed firearm while engaged in the performance of their duties, pursuant to their specific status under federal law.
