§ 22-190. Penalty.

(a)

Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty for a class "A" violation.

(b)

All provisions contained herein shall apply to the unified government property anywhere within the county and shall be deemed class "A" misdemeanors under both state and local law.
