§ 22-201. Indecent exposure.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to expose in the presence or view of any person who is not the spouse of the offender and who has not consented thereto the following:

    (1)

    The person's genitals, pubic hair, penis, buttocks, vagina, anus.

    (2)

    Any portion of the areola of the female breast.

    (b)

    Indecent exposure is a class A violation.
