§ 22-318. Delivery of simulated controlled substances, drug paraphernalia prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall deliver, possess with intent to deliver, manufacture with intent to deliver or cause to be delivered within the city any drug paraphernalia to any person 18 years of age or older knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that it will be used to use, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of this division or K.S.A. 1995 supp. 65-4162, and amendments thereto.

    (b)

    Any person convicted of violating this section is guilty of a class A violation.
