§ 22-353. Violation of court order.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to violate:

    (1)

    An order issued as a condition of pretrial release, diversion, probation, suspended sentence, or post release supervision; or

    (2)

    An order issued as a condition of release after conviction or as a condition of a supersedeas bond pending disposition of an appeal.

    (b)

    Violation of a court order is a class B violation.
