§ 22-381. Placing handbills on vehicles.

(a)

No person shall distribute literature or throw handbills in any motor vehicle parked in a public parking lot except in a manner that will prevent same from being blown about or scattered by the elements.

(b)

Placing handbills on vehicles is an unclassified violation.
