§ 23-2. Divisions of court.

There shall be two divisions of the municipal court, to be numbered division 1 and division 2. Division 1 of the municipal court shall be presided over by the fulltime administrative judge. Division 2 shall be presided over by a fulltime judge. Any other division hereafter created and authorized by the unified government board of commissioners shall be presided over by a parttime municipal judge. Additional divisions of the court may be added upon recommendation of the administrative judge and approval of the unified government board of commissioners. Any judge may at the direction of the administrative judge preside over any division.
