§ 24-3. Abandonment.

Latest version.

Whenever any oil or gas well is abandoned, the owner or driller thereof shall clear the ground on which such well was drilled of all litter, machinery, derricks, buildings and oil or gas tanks used or permitted during the drilling and operation of such well.
