§ 24-21. Drilling in or closing streets or alleys.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to drill or prospect for oil or gas within the streets, alleys or public highways of the city, or to close any street, alley or public highway with any material, machinery or other equipment used in drilling of such well, except by permit of the county administrator, and then only temporarily.
