§ 24-23. Disposal of water, waste and drainage.

It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the drilling of a well for oil or gas to allow any water, waste or drainage from such well to escape or be thrown upon the ground. Such water, waste or drainage shall be carried to a slush pond in pipes or conduits so constructed so as not to allow such water, waste or drainage to injure the premises or property of another.
