§ 24-37. Application.

Latest version.

Any person desiring to secure a permit to drill or prospect for oil or gas within the city shall file a written application for such permit with the license administrator stating the location where the proposed well is to be drilled. Such application shall also state whether the applicant is an individual, partnership, association or corporation.
