§ 25-2. Permit for public meetings in public parks and grounds.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hold, conduct or engage in any public meeting in public parks and grounds within the city without first obtaining a written permit to do so from the director of parks. Such permit shall state the particular place and the hours between which such meeting shall be held. Such a permit shall be granted upon a showing that public safety or park property will not be endangered.
