§ 25-2. Permit for public meetings in public parks and grounds.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to hold, conduct or engage in any public meeting in public parks and grounds within the city without first obtaining a written permit to do so from the director of parks. Such permit shall state the particular place and the hours between which such meeting shall be held. Such a permit shall be granted upon a showing that public safety or park property will not be endangered.
