Bethany, Kensington, Eisenhower, City, Rosedale, Shawnee, Klamm, Clopper, Emerson,
Highland, Heathwood and Parkwood parks shall be open to the public every day of the
year from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. All other parks within the city shall be open
every day of the year from 6:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. Given unforeseen or unusual
circumstances, the director may order any park to be closed during hours designated
by the director. The hours of operation of individual parks may be extended, provided
the person or persons using a park during hours other than those hours the park is
normally open have been issued a permit by the director.
