§ 25-55. Fishing.

(a)

No person shall engage in commercial fishing or the buying or selling of fish caught in any park waters.

(b)

No person shall fish in any waters, whether by the use of hook-and-line, net, trap or other device, except in waters designated by the director for that use and under such regulations and restrictions as have been or may be prescribed by the director.
